Project Description: |
The project invloved selling company merchandise on all the major online auctions, i.e Ebay, Amazon Auctions and Yahoo Auctions.
Ebay was the primary auction outlet used by the company, mainly due to its popularity among online users. |

A total of 800 listings/auctions were placed simultaneously on Ebay during the projects peak. |
| Project Role : |
- Develop a detailed project blue print consisting of business processes, technical processes, accounting processes, marketing plan and more.
- Write out company technical requirements and outsource project - i.e. professional style display pages, company logo etc.
- Develop and implement custom inventory system for managing auction items. A total of more than 800 items were listed on the inventory sheets.
- Perform indepth research of various third party software avaliable in the market for conducting online auctions. Select and acquire the required skills to utilize the software.
- Perform market research and develop initial set of merchandise based on the market demand. Use third party software for research purpose.
- Develop each individual listings including photos. Upload HTML descriptions and links to the third party software.
- Install Customer Relations processes to address queries and concerns.
- Oversee the shipment of merchandise. Ensure all shipments are delivered and received by the customer.
- Set up a payment method utilizing PayPal. Ensure all payments are received from customers.
