MARKET SURVEY CONTEST

Project Description: The project involved conducting market survey in select retail outlets in Delhi. The project was a pilot project limited only to the Delhi Metropolitian area.
Project Role :
  • Direct and implement detailed marketing plan for the project. Seek approval from upper management as to project feasibility.
  • Develop survey questionerraies. 2 sets of questionnaires were developed, one aimed at the end consumers another at the retail outlets. The survey was aimed at specific areas such as service, quality, operations, marketing and more.
Project Tools :
  • Sony datatbase of retail outlets within the metropoitian area.
  • CRM software for follow ups and mailings.
Project Milestones :
  • The response rate from the survey was considered excellent and decision was made to extend the survey to other metropolitan areas.
  • The questionnaires were edited and published in the Sony eCRM site as a feedback mechanism from customers.
